Ready to pick up where you left off? Visit the official 5Dimes Casino site and enter your registered username and password in the login area. Check your details before submitting, especially if your browser has autofilled an old password.

For your account’s safety, use a password you don’t share with other sites, and never give your login details to someone claiming to be support. If you can’t sign in, follow any account-recovery prompts shown on the site. You can also contact customer support through live chat, email at info@fivedimescasino.com, or phone at 1-800-430-5896.

Login Trouble? Check These Details First

A mistyped username or password is a common reason for a failed login. Confirm that caps lock is off, check for accidental spaces, and make sure you’re using the credentials registered to your account. If you still can’t access it, contact support rather than repeatedly guessing your password.

If you’re signing in from a new device or browser, make sure you’re on the official site before entering personal information. Avoid logging in on shared devices, and sign out when you’re finished.

What Awaits After You Sign In

A successful login gives you access to the casino and sportsbook areas available to your account. The site lists games from providers including Betsoft, Real Time Gaming, ViG, and Vista Gaming. Availability can depend on your location and account eligibility.

New players may see a MatchPlay Casino welcome offer of 50% up to $125 with a minimum deposit of $50. The offer has a 10x rollover on the deposit amount, and bonus funds exclude craps, roulette, baccarat, and progressive slots. Promotions have separate terms and may not be available everywhere.

The research provided lists Australia, France, Hungary, Portugal, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom as excluded from promotions. Check the offer terms before depositing, since eligibility and requirements can vary. Only one promotion may be active at a time, so accepting one offer can make you ineligible for another.

Keep Your Account Access in Good Shape

Use the same registered details each time you log in, keep your password private, and reach out to support if your account information needs attention. Sign in only if you meet the legal age requirement and online gambling is permitted where you are.
